		<description>Scary info, isn&#039;t it.  The percentage is about the same as the number of potential listings I&#039;ve interviewed or taken.  There aren&#039;t enough buyers to absorb those kind of numbers and it makes the Doug Duncan&#039;s forecasts seem more reasonable than those from NAR.</description>
