I get about 3 emails a day from agents spamming me with their listings. It drives me crazy. I just hit the delete button and report it as spam. Maybe I should start writing them like you do and threatening to report them. Why does it have to be so difficult?

I'm not sure if they sell it or not... I don't believe it helps...

If you look here:
http://www.mplsrealtor.com/Segments/Realtors/The100/Minneapolis.pdf

You will see that things are looking quite good for Nokomis in comparison to some other areas. Nokomis is what I call "a poor man's Lake Harriet" and think that it's appeal will persist through this slower market.

So, are these agents actually selling their houses when they spam everyone, or are those houses still on the market? It'd be a shame if their behavior were reinforced by actually selling a house via spamming.

If you're next to your datasheets, I'm curious how the Nokomis area of Minneapolis is doing as far as days on market and average price compared to 2006.
