Awesome New Market Statistics from the Minneapolis Area Assoction of Realtors
On Monday MAAR released a great new tool that charts sales activity at the city level for both the current month and year to date and compares that to the same month last year and the year to date last year, respectively. The reports cover 100 cities closest to the Twin Cities Metro Area.
This new chart provides some great insights into the differences occurring today between cities. Some cities are seeing dramatic additional slowing of sales activity as compared to last year while some communities have quite a bit more sales activity as compared to last year.
