As an agent I cannot encourage negative commentary about other agents and the photos on the MLS are copywritten works of those agents, so posting those photos without permission is a violation of copyright. It's all important, in my opinion, to have the MLS profile as complete as possible when posting it for the first time. That listing is automatically sent to hundreds, if not thousands, of buyers everywhere the minute the agent hits "SAVE."
