I own a small security company and have recently become a dealer for 2 security products that I believe would be great for foreclosure properties. One is a stand alone portable unit that contains a motion sensor, very loud siren, and GSM cellular radio. This unit can be mounted to a wall in the structure and would send an alarm through its cell phone to a central monitoring system. There is a battery in the unit that can run for 3 months between charges. I believe this unit would be perfect for foreclosures since I would have to believe that most of them do not have the power turned on or a telephone line available.
The other unit can be seen at http://www.tsi.xanboo.com/securemn/solutions/mobile.htm
It is a mobile system that need 110 vac power, but can broadcast surveillance picture, temperatures, and security status to your web enabled cell phone, blackberry, or by any web enabled computer.

I am currently looking for the best way to contact people in the industry. If anyone would like more info please feel free to contact me at Erik@SecureMN.com
