Personally, almost every financial expert (except RE agents, of course), think that prices will continue to decline through next year. Better deals are ahead - you were strategic in your offer. Don&#039;t get into a bidding war in the best buyer&#039;s market in recent years. And it&#039;s usually best to go with your first reaction. You offered a fair price and someone else overpaid.</description>

A client of mine had an offer accepted recently for $10,000 over asking price on a short sale that was priced for a quick sale. They didn&#039;t have the highest offer but their other terms were better. Short sales can very very aggressive.</description>
