As an appliance retailer, we've realized that many are confused as to the details of this program (i.e. hoping to reserve a rebate now to get money for a new stove...). The MN OES's stimulus e-newsletter is a bit wonky, though, for the general consumer and includes the full gamut of OES energy initiatives. I send out updates specifically on the appliance stimulus to our subscriber base. If you're interested, send an e-mail with the subject SUBSCRIBE to stimulus@warnersstellian.com.
