Many clients I've worked with think we get "company cars". They have no idea how the industry is structured and that we are independent contractors. Thanks for sharing this with the public. I don't want anyone to feel sorry for us, but just know that we aren't all rich. It's like people think everyone in show biz makes as much money as George Clooney. Less than 1 tenth of 1% of people in show biz make more than $50K a year. I wonder what that percentage is for REALTORS? This post is so right on.
