This website is maintained by Aaron Dickinson, an Edina Realty Agent since 2003. Aaron has been writing commentary about the Twin Cities Minnesota market since 2004 and operates his Internet-savvy customer web site at www.AaronSOLD.com.
Aaron has been named a Real Estate Super Agent by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business Monthly in 2004, 2005, and 2007. A New Home Sales Specialist as well as a member of Edina Realty’s Exceptional Properties group, Aaron has a wide experience serving clients throughout the Twin Cities and at all price points.
Aaron is also committed to continuing education and association involvement. He is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS Public Affairs Advisory Committee and attends several meetings per year discussing public policy, homeownership issues, and fair housing. Additionally, Aaron serves as a technology liason for his his office of 100 agents, helping shape future technology tools that Edina Realty will offer its agents and clients.
In 2005 Aaron took the required courses and tests to become a licensed Minnesota real estate broker. While he is qualified to operate his own brokerage, Aaron chooses to continue his relationship with Edina Realty because of the many services and the unique experience Edina Realty offers to his clients.

Aaron,
I like this blog! There is a lot of great information. The only thing I could not find was something about rehab construction financing for your clients buying bank owned properties that need repairs and do not qualify for programs like the FHA 203K.
