Bad Data on Trulia & Zillow is the Agent’s & Broker’s Fault

I was reading a post today from the recently departed Trulia employee, and industry veteran, Todd Carpenter, called Data Accuracy is a Community Effort.  I went into this article, and through a couple additional readings, thinking that Trulia and Zillow were to blame for all the inaccurate data displayed on their sites.  I've come away with a different understanding now. Twin Cities’ Record Low Housing Inventory Poised To Drop Further

The Twin Cities real estate market continues to improve at a stronger pace than most industry insiders expected, including myself.  Buyers have been coming out of the woodwork to take advantage of all time record low interest rates - one of my clients just locked in a 2.875% 30yr FIXED FHA loan!
