Blaine Homes, Townhomes and Condos for Sale

There are many different housing options available in the city.  Blaine has a large variety of condos and townhomes for sale.  Single family homes are much the same – with most homes for sale ranging from the 1970′s to new construction today.

Blaine is home to the National Sports Center, the world’s largest amateur sports and meeting facility, making it a sports mecca for hockey and soccer players from across the nation. The jewel of the complex is the Schwan Super Rink, the combined project of 11 local government groups, in conjunction with the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission. It boasts eight sheets of ice, 32 locker rooms, and two off-ice training facilities totaling more than 18,000 square feet. The Sports Center also has 52 soccer fields, an 8,500-seat soccer stadium, an 18-hole golf course — one of Blaine’s three golf courses — as well as a velodrome and other facilities.

Another of Blaine’s golf courses, TPC of the Twin Cities, was designed by legendary golfer Arnold Palmer.

More than 60 parks lie within Blaine’s borders. Among the city’s other amenities are a community garden, disc glf course and dog parks.

Located on the northern edge of the Twin Cities, Blaine is 17 miles from downtown Minneapolis and 22 miles from downtown St. Paul.

The city’s schools get strong grades as well. Based on data from 2010, Blaine test scores were 26.3 percent higher than the state average in reading and 23.2 percent higher than the state average in math.
