2007 was a year of opposite experiences for St. Paul… parts of St. Paul saw statistically flat prices or even modest sales price appreciation while other parts saw significant declines.

When you have a 25% difference between your best performing neighborhoods and your worst performing, in the same city and in the same year, there’s a looming crisis that needs to be addressed quickly. As I’ve recently written in my other blog, Minneapolis suffers from a similar fate. Teresa Boardman has several good articles on the major contributors to this problem… I recommend you take a read.

Great stats on St. Paul. I drove home the other day and noticed that you have a listing down the street from me right on 101. How’s that going?
