USDA Rural Development 100% Financing Program Funding Ending

Based off of conversations I've had and what I'm reading on the interwebs, it sounds like the USDA's Rural Development program that allows home buyers to purchase for 0% down is almost out of funding and isn't scheduled to receive new funding until September. This program is heavily used in the boonies the sticks Greater Minnesota.
