HousingLink has just released their latest foreclosure report showing that Minnesota’s foreclosure activity continues to decline and in the 3rd quarter of this year was the lowest it had been since 2006! While still at double the rate prior to the crisis, foreclosure activity continues to wane and that is great news for homeowners, neighborhoods, and cities everywhere.
